Welcome to Registration - Spring 2008

New Players

If your child has not previously registered with AHFSH, a copy of a state-issued birth certificate must be submitted to the league within fourteen (14) days of the registration date. Your child cannot be placed on a team until we have a birth certificate on file.
You may submit birth certificates the following ways:
Electronically - via PDF upload in the registration system
Mail - AHFSH, P.O. Box 6776, San Antonio, TX. 78209

Returning Players

If you registered with AHFSH in the Fall 2007 season, please use the username and password you provided last season. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Forgot Password" link on the registration page. Your password will be emailed to you. If you have forgotten your username, select "Player Registration" and click "Continue". You will be able to search for your username.

Vehicle Registration

VEHICLE PASSES FROM THE FALL 2007 SEASON ARE VALID FOR THE SPRING 2008 SEASON. IF YOU HAVE A PASS FROM LAST SEASON, YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE THIS SEASON.
AHFSH soccer fields are located on Ft. Sam Houston. Due to heightened security, all civilian families playing with the leagure are required to register their vehicles, obtain a vehicle entrance pass as proof of registration and present the pass to gate guards upon entering Ft. Sam. Additonally, all adult occupants of the vehicle will need a valid photo ID. Please see the link located in the left-side panel for more information and to register your vehicle.

Walk-in Registration

Walk-in registration is available for those who choose not to register on-line or wish to pay by cash or check. The events will be held at the Youth Services Building on Ft Sam Houston (from Harry Wurzbach, use the Winan's Street entrance, turn left immediately after the guard station):
Saturday, January 19 - 10AM - 3:00PM
Wednesday, January 23 - 6:00PM - 8:00PM

Military Registrations

All military registrants must be current on the CYDS (Child and Youth Services) fee or must pay the fee at the FSH Youth Services Center to complete the registration process. Your child cannot be placed on a team until the fee of $18.00 is paid. Questions? Please call Jeanne Warren at 221-4455 or email her at jeanne.warren@samhouston.army.mil.

Payments / Refunds

For your convenience, you can pay registration fees online with your Visa or Mastercard. If you choose to pay by cash or check, you must attend one of the walk-in registration events (see above).

Refund Policy
Recreational - A full refund of the registration fee will be given if the request is made prior to the 1st scheduled game of the season for the refunding player's age group. No refunds will be given after the 1st game.
Academy and Fire teams - Refunds will not be given for registration or training fees.

Season Information

Fall - The season starts in early September and runs for 8-9 weeks. Make-up games for rain outs may extend the season.
Spring - The season begins in late February for D4 U5-U10 and Academy U9-U10, early March for D2/SII U11-U14, and early April for D2/SII U15-U18. The season is 8 weeks long for D4 and Academy, and 8 games long for upper-age teams. Make-up games for rain outs may extend the season.

Coach / Volunteer

All volunteers (coaches, asst. coaches, managers, trainers, etc.) MUST register. All coaches must have age appropriate licensing within one year of the first season as coach. For more information, please contact Steve Jennings, Director of Training, at training@ahfsh.org.
